In the role of Business Banking Executive Regional & Agribusiness, located in Rockhampton, you will lead and join the Central Queensland team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
  • Lead, manage and create clarity with a team of professionals to achieve our business objectives
  • Provide leadership support in skills development, relationship development and guidance in achieving individual business plans to your team
  • Provide tailored financial solutions to help clients achieve their business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Key influencer working across the region to bring to life NAB proposition, in particular growing/deepening industry specialisation
  • Significant Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accountability, with significant Revenue responsibilities, Lending footings and Deposits
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
  • Significant banking background in either business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised business, or equivalent professional experience in a related career.
  • Strong ties to the local community who understands the unique landscape and customer base (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services tailored for business clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Own the overall performance of the geography including customer outcomes, financial performance, strategy, execution, operational management and meeting the rising community expectations of banks.
  • Leadership in driving People and Change management initiatives
