• Lead initiatives to reduce bad debts, manage credit risk, and improve asset quality.

Qualifications

• Track record of banking experience across business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised sectors.
• Proven experience managing businesses with full revenue and expense accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership in high‑performing teams within financial services.
• Ability to develop and coach your reports to differentiate in the market.
• Strong strategic thinking, sales and product knowledge.
• Pursuit to lead change to prepare us for the future.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or commerce; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
