Job summary

IKEA Queensland Market seeks a Business Analyst to support the Commercial Team across IKEA North Lakes and IKEA Logan. You will build and refine commercial reports, data models and visualisations to help monitor performance and identify trends.

Strong Excel skills and experience in data analysis are required, along with the ability to translate numbers into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, data analysis, BI or similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data manipulation abilities.
• Able to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Commercial Team across IKEA North Lakes and IKEA Logan by building, maintaining and improving regular and one-off commercial reports, data models and visualisations.
• Ensure commercial information is accurate, relevant and easy to understand for stakeholders to monitor performance and spot trends.
• Review reports and data to identify key drivers, opportunities, risks and areas for performance improvement.
• Turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations and practical next steps for leaders and stakeholders.
• Set up tracking for commercial initiatives, with responsibilities and deadlines, and monitor progress.
