Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support technology transformation initiatives for an enterprise client in Brisbane. The role is Brisbane-based with hybrid options and a contract up to 5 months with possible extension.

You will elicit and document requirements, run workshops, create BPMN artefacts, support testing and change management, and assist with platform migration and security uplift across modernisation programs.

Qualifications

• Strong BA experience across technology projects (security, modern workplace, or similar).
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement skills.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, testing methodologies and change management practices.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure, VDI, digital workplace or modernisation programs
