As the business continues to expand its product range and international footprint, Roobuck is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to support strategic growth and operational excellence.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Business Analyst will play a key role in analysing business operations, improving internal processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This is a full-time, ongoing position based in New South Wales and forms part of Roobuck’s long-term growth and export strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysing organisational structures, business processes, and key performance indicators to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities.
  • Conducting cost-benefit, productivity, and process-mapping studies across manufacturing, procurement, and supply-chain activities.
  • Supporting complete supply-chain management activities, including sourcing, supplier monitoring, and site inspections.
  • Designing and implementing strategic management frameworks to support export growth and operational scalability.
  • Preparing detailed analytical reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects involving engineering, procurement, logistics, and marketing teams.
  • Developing performance metrics, dashboards, and management reporting tools.
  • Monitoring implementation of approved strategies and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Assisting with the development, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System.
Skills and Experience Required
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in business analysis, management consulting, or strategic analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or industrial operations, supply-chain management, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments will be highly regarded.
