JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst will be responsible for management of the development backlog, capturing user requirements and converting them into user stories, managing project scope and working closely with stakeholders to ensure technical, business and compliance requirements are being met and communicated effectively. This role requires strong communication, active engagement in the agile process and the ability to spend a lot of time on the details, while also thinking strategically about priorities.

We are looking for someone who is self‑motivated and proactive, with a track record of taking ownership, staying calm under pressure, and communicating confidently while adapting well to change!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing POS integrations and accreditations across pre‑sales, solution design, and vendor engagement.
• Work with clients to customise, configure, and optimise POS systems to meet business requirements.
• Lead implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of integrations across merchant networks, acquirers, and banks.
• Conduct Pilots for new technology and features.
• Provide technical expertise and documentation to support seamless delivery of Linkly’s payment and EFTPOS solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enable new POS features and Value‑Added Services (VAS).
• Act as a subject‑matter expert (SME), supporting pre‑sales activities and sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU

• 3 years in a customer facing role, preferably in software implementation or customer success.
• Track record of delivering multiple simultaneous projects while partnering with external and internal clients.
• Enthusiastic attitude and ability to operate independently.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in POS or Payments is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
