We’re now searching for an experienced Business Analyst – Data & Insights to join our Corporate Headquarters and help elevate how data informs strategy, operational decisions, and organisational performance.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, senior-level role for a highly capable analyst with expert-level dashboards & Power BI skills.

You will design and maintain impactful dashboards, partner with stakeholders across the organisation, and help foster a culture where data is understood, trusted, and used confidently at every level.

You will collaborate closely with centre managers and senior leaders to identify performance challenges, benchmark against sector peers, and deliver insights that drive measurable improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dashboard Design & Insights : Develop, refine, and maintain intuitive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards that support confident decision-making across the organisation.
  • Strategic Benchmarking : Analyse performance data and benchmark CEEC against comparable childcare providers and industry standards.
  • Operational Partnering : Work directly with centre managers to diagnose performance issues, provide data-driven recommendations, and deliver training on dashboard usage.
  • Advanced Analytics : Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyse complex datasets, supporting predictive analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Translate complex data into actionable insights, and build trusted, collaborative relationships across corporate and operational teams.
  • Data Modelling : Develop and optimise robust data models and DAX calculations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability within Power BI.
About You

You will bring :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis, insights, or a senior analytical role.
  • Expert-level Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to train and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated capability in dashboard development and data storytelling.
  • A data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building experience.
