Job summary

Ventura Bus Lines is seeking bus drivers to serve the Melbourne community across public transport routes, school services and charter work. You will contribute to safe, reliable passenger experiences and have opportunities to maximise earnings through overtime and different avenues within the business.

Applicants will work a rotating roster, including weekends, early mornings and late shifts, with provided training and a supportive team culture that values safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Hold a current MR Licence or higher.
• Availability to work shift work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Safe driving record.
• High regard for safety.
• Ability to obtain medical and background clearances including Driver’s Accreditation and WWCC.
• Two annual pay increases.

The Role
Ventura Bus Drivers lead the way in providing a trustworthy service across public transport route, school and charter. We are searing for passionate people who want to service their community, whilst deliveringexceptionalcustomer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers.
