Job summary

CROSSMARK Australia is seeking Casual Merchandisers for the Bunnings Refit Team, operating in Marrickville and surrounding areas. You will install shelving, build displays and implement planograms across multiple stores, with regular travel as required.

No merchandising experience is necessary as full training is provided; reliable transport and a valid driver’s license are essential. The role offers a casual rate and growth opportunities within a national retail execution network.

Qualifications

• No prior merchandising experience required; training provided.
• Bunnings experience is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regionally including regional travel.
• Availability Monday to Friday during business hours (minimum 4 days)

Responsibilities

• Build and install fixtures and shelving in stores.
• Execute planograms and store layouts.
• Merchandise products for leading brands and maintain pricing/ticketing accuracy.
• Complete daily reporting using mobile systems

You’ll help transform retail spaces by installing shelving, building displays, and implementing planograms—all while working alongside a supportive team.

No previous merchandising experience? No problem. Full training is provided.

• Monday to Friday shifts – no weekend work required
• Competitive casual rate of $34.34 p/hour + $1.00 p/km plus superannuation

What you’ll be doing

• Building and installing fixtures and shelving
• Executing planograms and store layouts
• Merchandising products for leading Australian and global brands
• Ensuring pricing and ticketing is accurate
• Completing daily reporting through our mobile systems

What you’ll need:

• No experience necessary but Bunnings experience highly desirable
• A valid current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (Learners Permit NOT Accepted)
• Availability Monday to Friday during business hours a must (min of 4 days is essential)
• The ability to operate effectively and work as part of a team
• Morning starts and being able to travel to different locations IS A MUST for this role – including Regional Travel as required
• Strong communication skills with customers and other team members
