Qualifications

• Hold a relevant Trade License or suitable practical experience.
• Registered Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA).
• Experience in management and supervision of general building services.
• Knowledge of work planning and scheduling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planned works and technical service delivery across properties.
• Drive safety and compliance across project audits and assessments.
• Manage subcontractor performance and client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and contract specifications.
