Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance & Asset Officer to join a Local Government team based in Thornleigh on a 12-month casual assignment. This technical role involves coordinating building maintenance across multiple facilities, inspecting assets, maintaining registers and reporting on capital works, without hands-on maintenance.

Strong coordination and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating building maintenance across multiple sites.
• Ability to obtain quotes and manage contractors.
• Capable of asset inspections and condition assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across sites.
• Engage contractors and monitor progress and quality.
• Maintain asset registers and maintenance schedules.
• Prepare reports using Excel and asset systems.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety procedures.
