Job summary

Michael Bale & Associates is a Brisbane-based Structural & Civil Engineering consultancy with a West End office. We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to prestigious high-rise towers and complex projects.

You will work on design from concept through to construction, perform site inspections and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure successful delivery. The role offers opportunities for growth within our collaborative, in-house environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Structural Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in Structural Engineering preferred and will attract higher salary based on your experience.
• RPEQ status is highly regarded, future Chartered status encouraged.
• Graduate consideration if near graduation; higher salary with experience.

Responsibilities

• Design from concept through to detailed design.
• Construction stage supervision and site inspections.
• Client and contractor liaison for successful project delivery.
• Work on concrete, steel, masonry, timber structures and related projects.
• Collaborate with draughting and engineering teams to deliver in-house.
