Job summary

BDO Brisbane is seeking a Senior Manager in Real Estate Advisory to lead and deliver complex property and infrastructure engagements. You will work across government and private sector clients, guiding advisory work from strategy through to execution.

You will bring experience in real estate advisory, stakeholder engagement, and business development, with a track record of delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes across diverse asset classes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in property economics or another real estate focused degree.
• Certified Practising Valuer registration.
• Real Estate Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time, on-budget delivery of engagements.
• Engage with current and potential clients for business development.
• Develop engagement pursuits, prepare proposals and manage tender processes.
• Coordinate third-party sub-contractors.
• Share market awareness across divisions and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders and partners.
