Appoint Recruit is seeking Project Engineers and Site Engineers for opportunities supporting specialist civil contractors delivering major infrastructure projects across Brisbane's northern suburbs.

We're looking for practical, hands-on engineers with strong contractor-side experience who are confident managing engineering activities and coordinating site teams to support construction delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as Project Engineer or Site Engineer on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong local experience delivering civil construction projects within Australia.
• Background across civil construction, utilities, drainage, pipelines, earthworks or similar works.
• Tunnelling or trenchless construction experience is highly regarded.
• Strong engineering management, construction methodology and site coordination capabilities.
• Capable of autonomous, hands-on construction work.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Brisbane or surrounding region with unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsabilités

Appoint Recruit is seeking Project Engineers and Site Engineers for opportunities supporting specialist civil contractors delivering major infrastructure projects across Brisbane's northern suburbs.

We're looking for practical, hands-on engineers with strong contractor-side experience who are confident managing engineering activities, coordinating site teams and supporting construction delivery.

The Role:Working across major infrastructure projects, responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating day-to-day engineering and construction activities.
• Working closely with site supervisors, crews and subcontractors.
• Preparing and managing SWMS, permits, method statements and construction documentation.
• Overseeing QA documentation, ITPs and project compliance.
• Supporting construction planning, sequencing and program delivery.
• Resolving technical and site-related issues to maintain project progress.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong local experience delivering civil construction projects within Australia.
• Strong contractor-side background across civil construction, utilities, drainage, pipelines, earthworks or similar works.
• Previous tunnelling or trenchless construction experience highly regarded.
• Strong engineering management, construction methodology and site coordination capabilities.
• Confident working autonomously in a hands-on construction environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Must already be based in Brisbane or the surrounding region, with unrestricted Australian working rights.
