HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded dispute resolution practice to appoint an Associate to join their Brisbane team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial disputes alongside a leading disputes practitioner, with exposure to a broad range of litigation and advisory matters.

Your Day Will Involve

• Acting on complex commercial litigation and high-value disputes
• Advising on corporate, commercial, and contractual disputes
• Working on construction, property, and insolvency-related disputes
• Assisting with defamation and reputational matters, including urgent applications
• Supporting regulatory investigations and commissions of inquiry
• Engaging in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
• Drafting pleadings, submissions, and legal advice while progressing matters efficiently

Who You’ll Be Working With

You will work closely with a highly regarded dispute resolution partner who is recognised for expertise across commercial litigation, advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution, with experience advising boards, CEOs, and senior stakeholders on high-stakes disputes and risk.

The team is known for handling business-critical matters across corporate, construction, property, insolvency, and intellectual property disputes, with a strong focus on strategy and outcomes.
