Qualifications

• Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG or Brewing.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence change.
• Experience managing a unionised workforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes.
• Ensure implementation of process changes per Technical Brewers' instructions.
• Manage team shift handover and representation at daily production meetings.
• Ensure timely entry of process data into systems.
• Facilitate effective teamwork through role allocation.
