• Experience interpreting regulations including the NCCP Act and ASIC Act.
• Experience in breach report preparation and lodgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk of events and associated ASIC Breach Reporting.
• Identify compliance impact of risk events.
• Support collection and validation of breach reporting information.
