Berry Street Yooralla in Melbourne is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create bold visuals across digital and print and to bring our brand to life. You will transform ideas into engaging assets, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain brand consistency and deliver design solutions for campaigns, social media and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating contemporary design across digital and print.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography and visual storytelling.
• Creative initiative with ability to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience maintaining brand governance across channels.
• Motion graphics / video editing or UX/UI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand design briefs and revisions.
• Conceptualise and create assets across digital and print for campaigns.
• Act as brand guardian to ensure integrity of Berry Street Yooralla assets.
• Develop content that strengthens brand identity and drives engagement.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh thinking to projects.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
