Job summary

Premium Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing function in Sydney. You will translate business priorities into a comprehensive annual strategy, lead the marketing plan and budget, and drive delivery across brand, campaigns, content, digital channels and events.

You will manage internal and external contributors, ensure timely execution, and measure impact to demonstrate value.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of broad marketing experience and ability to manage activity from strategy to delivery and review.

Responsibilities

• Own PSG’s complete marketing lifecycle from strategy to execution and measurement.
• Develop annual marketing strategy, budget, and calendar with leadership.
• Lead delivery across brand, campaigns, content, digital channels, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate contributors, manage suppliers and timelines for consistent brand representation.
• Track ROI and continually improve PSG’s marketing approach.
