Qualifications

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation or brand activation.
• Strong understanding of department store environments.
• Professional presentation and confident communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent premium brands on the shop floor professionally.
• Engage customers and communicate key brand messages.
• Drive product awareness through confident customer interaction.
• Support promotional events, campaigns and peak trade periods.
• Educate store staff on product features and selling points.
• Provide feedback on customer insights and store performance.
