Job summary

Cotton On Group in Australia is seeking a Brand Communications professional to help bring our brand to life through campaigns, partnerships and customer activations. You will collaborate with internal teams, creatives, influencers and media to deliver on-brand communications, analyse performance insights and identify opportunities to keep our brand engaging and ahead of the curve.

You will help grow awareness, strengthen customer connections and drive commercial results while maintaining a focus

Qualifications

• Degree/qualification in PR, Social Media, Digital or similar.

Responsibilities

• Help execute campaigns and partnerships to bring the Cotton On brand to life.
• Analyse performance insights and identify opportunities to improve campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Brand Communications team and help bring our brand to life through engaging campaigns, partnerships, and customer activations. You'll support the delivery of on-brand communications that grow awareness, strengthen customer connections, and drive commercial results.

Working closely with internal teams, creative partners, influencers, and media contacts, you'll help execute campaigns, analyse performance insights, and identify new opportunities to keep our brand relevant, engaging, and ahead of the curve.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree / qualification in relevant field . PR, Social Media, Digital or similar
• Experience in a similar Brand Communications role . PR, Social Media
• Ability to use analytical problem solving and research skills to identify areas of opportunity and provide insights on market activity
• High level of organisation, project management and planning skills
• Strong communications skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient abilities in MS Office
