Job summary

Apple is seeking a sales-oriented team member to grow Apple products and services within partner stores in NSW. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and train staff while ensuring merchandising standards are met. The role includes both full-time and part-time options across multiple store locations.

You will speak directly to customers, educate staff on the Apple portfolio, and ensure an extraordinary customer experience with strong product knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Regular schedule Wednesday to Sundays (incl. Sat/Sun) at partner stores.
• Part-timers: Thursday to Sundays (incl. Sat/Sun).
• Strong communication and listening skills to discuss possibilities with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at authorised Apple resellers to accelerate sales of Apple products and services.
• Provide customers with knowledge and value to help them choose the right products.
• Educate store staff on Apple products and services and ensure staff stay knowledgeable.
• Deliver product demonstrations to customers and help set up new Apple products.
• Maintain Apple merchandising standards and keep fixtures up to date.
