As Branch Manager, you will be fully accountable for the sales performance, profitability and operational success of your SIXT location. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will own the numbers, lead from the front, and drive a strong sales culture within your team.
You will be responsible for maximising revenue through conversion, upselling, fleet utilisation and cost control, while ensuring customers receive a premium SIXT experience every time.
Own and deliver branch sales targets, KPIs and revenue budgets
Drive upsell performance across products, protection options and vehicle upgrades
Maximise fleet utilisation and pricing opportunities
Analyse sales performance, identify trends and execute action plans
Lead daily sales focus discussions and performance reviews
Build, coach and motivate a high‑performing, sales‑focused team
Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to results
Actively mentor staff to improve sales skills, confidence and conversion
Lead by example on the counter and on the floor
Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction scores
Turn customer interactions into sales opportunities without compromising service
Resolve escalations quickly and professionally to protect revenue and reputation
Drive repeat business, referrals and loyalty
Full ownership of branch P&L performance
Control costs, wages and expenses while maintaining service standards
Manage rostering to align labour with demand and sales opportunity
Ensure fleet presentation, availability and turnaround times support revenue growth
Ensure compliance with operational, safety and company standards
You are a results‑driven leader who thrives in a target‑based environment and enjoys building winning teams.
You will bring:
Proven experience in sales‑led retail or operational management
Strong commercial mindset with P&L responsibility
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent coaching and performance management skills
Confidence analysing reports, KPIs and financial data
A proactive, competitive and growth‑focused attitude
Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn POS software quickly
Full and current Australian driver’s licence
