Job summary

Plumbers Co-op is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Sydney to lead our Rosebery team. You will drive customer relationships, manage daily operations, and grow our member base while maintaining a hands-on leadership style.

You will be responsible for guiding a motivated team, rolling up your sleeves, and delivering exceptional service to our plumbing members. A strong track record in branch leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience with a hands-on management style.
• Strong customer relationship development and service orientation.
• Experience leading and growing a branch or team in a retail/hardware environment.
