Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail banking team in Western Australia. You’ll coach and mentor staff, oversee lending activities, and drive operational excellence across the branch.

You’ll champion customer service standards, compliance, and digital banking adoption, while building strong relationships with local businesses and the community to grow the BOQ presence.
