Rare Breed in Mordialloc is seeking casual and part-time coaches with passion for boxing, strength and performance to join our bayside gym community. You will lead group classes, coach boxing, kickboxing and/or strength sessions, and create a welcoming, motivating training environment.

We welcome energetic, reliable coaches with relevant qualifications and a focus on empowering members of all fitness levels, including beginners and women. Flexible hours based on timetable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in boxing and/or strength coaching.
• Relevant fitness or coaching qualifications.
• Confident, energetic and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Reliable, professional and passionate about fitness.
• Experience coaching women, children or beginners is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Coach boxing, kickboxing and/or strength training sessions.
• Lead engaging and motivating group classes.
• Support members of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.
• Provide technique guidance and help members progress.
• Create a positive, safe and welcoming training environment.
• Build strong relationships within our gym community.
