Aje, founded in 2008, delivers elegant Australian fashion and invites self-expression across its Rosebery Outlet. We seek a Full Time Stylist who will deliver exceptional customer service, educate shoppers on fabric, fit and features, and serve as a brand ambassador inside our boutique environment.

The role includes visual merchandising, stock management, POS transactions and active participation in achieving sales budgets while contributing to a collaborative team culture at the Rosebery Outlet.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills are essential.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with repeat customers.
• Understanding and ability to achieve performance indicators in a customer-facing environment.
• Team player mindset and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service to all customers.
• Create a personalised shopping experience and educate customers on fabrics, features, fit and functionality.
• Act as a brand ambassador with enthusiasm for the Aje brand.
• Perform visual merchandising, stocking and restocking shelves.
• Process sales accurately through cash handling and the POS system.
• Drive sales and work toward meeting budget targets.
• Collaborate with the team and learn products and brand to contribute to a positive culture.
