Gough Recruitment is assisting a boutique real estate agency in Brisbane, QLD to hire a Senior Property Manager. You will manage landlord and tenant communications, coordinate maintenance, oversee rental arrears, and work with the Directors, Assistant PM, and offshore VA to grow the portfolio.

The role offers up to 100,000 AUD plus super and a company car, with a relaxed, supportive culture and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration (essential).
• Experience as Property Manager with independent portfolio management.
• Ability to thrive in a boutique, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling landlord and tenant communication.
• Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups.
• Managing rental arrears.
• Overseeing leasing alongside directors.
• Working closely with Assistant PM and offshore VA.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and repeat business.
