Little Winners Casula is a privately owned, boutique 35-place early learning centre in NSW. We seek loving, nurturing educators who provide safe, high-quality care and build meaningful relationships with each child.

We offer roles for Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educators with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for professional development within our low-turnover, supportive team. Full-time or part-time employment is available.

Formación

• ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent qualification
• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide loving, nurturing and caring supervision to children
• Get down on the floor to play, sing, dance, cuddle and comfort children
• Celebrate children's milestones and create meaningful relationships with each child
• Participate in daily park visits and outdoor exploration
• Organise and lead excursions with children and families
• Engage with the local community as part of children's learning experiences
• Host and support birthday celebrations and special events
• Ensure active supervision and prioritise child safety and wellbeing at all times
• Support colleagues and work together as a team
• Implement the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
