Job summary

Redhead Cellars is seeking enthusiastic casual staff to join our friendly, family-owned bottle shop in New South Wales. You will assist customers with a smile, handle transactions, and help maintain an appealing store presentation.

On-the-job training is provided and previous retail or hospitality experience is welcome but not required. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, and hold a current RSA certificate.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and friendly communication.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Stock management and display maintenance are part of the role.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• RSA certificate preferred but not required for every candidate.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and enthusiastic customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or similar roles is preferred but not essential. On the job training is provided.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Ability to perform physical and manual tasks, including lifting and handling products
