Job summary

ACT Health is seeking a proactive Health Centre Booking Manager to drive clinic booking arrangements across Community Health Centres in Canberra. You will work with administrative and clinical teams to optimise space and deliver high-quality community health services.

The role focuses on leadership, collaboration, and efficient booking processes to support operational and organisational success within CHS sites.

Bookings Manager - Community Health Centres

Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary 6-10 Month Contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency
Classification: Administrative Service Officer Level 5 (PN 71564)
Salary: $95,722 - $100,956 (Plus 12.5% Super)
Location: Various Canberra Health Services (CHS) Sites as required
Section: Community Health Centres

An exciting opportunity is available to work in the role of Health Centre Booking Manager within the Community Health and Integrated Care team.

The Health Centre Booking Manager will lead the implementation of new clinic booking arrangements across Community Health Centres, working closely and collaboratively with a range of administrative and clinical staff to foster a positive, cooperative culture that supports the effective utilisation of space to support the delivery of community health services across Canberra.
