Job summary

Dynamic Welding in Dandenong South, VIC is seeking a skilled Boilermaker/Welder for a full-time role with opportunities for career growth. You will read fabrication drawings, weld and assemble structural steel, and use power tools to shape components.

You should have a relevant trade qualification, at least 3 years of Boilermaker experience, and a strong eye for detail. The role requires MIG welding proficiency and the ability to work safely, independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification such as Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Boilermaker or similar role.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Experience with MIG welding techniques.
• Current driver's license and reliable transport.

Job description

Dynamic Welding is seeking a skilled Boilermaker/Welder to join our team in our Dandenong South, VIC location. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, follow specifications ,fabricate- assemble and weld
• Use welding equipment, power tools, and hand tools to cut, shape, and join structural steel components
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Fabricate is a diligent and safe manor
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

What we're looking for

• Completion of a relevant trade qualification, such as a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
• Experience in driving overhead cranes
• Proven experience as a Boilermaker or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Strong understanding of mig welding techniques
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized boilermaking equipment
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
