Job summary

Barminco, part of the Perenti Group, is seeking an experienced Bogger Operator to join its underground mining operations. Opportunities exist at multiple sites throughout Western Australia and internationally, contributing to safe, efficient production with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

You will operate LHD boggers, load haul trucks, perform pre-start checks and maintain safety while meeting daily targets. FIFO/DIDO options, training and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bogger Operator in underground hard rock mining.
• Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed mine plans.
• RCT remote operation experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate Load Haul Dump (LHD) boggers via tele-remote and manual control.
• Safely load haul trucks and transfer ore and waste to designated stockpiles.
• Conduct pre-start checks and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintain high safety standards while achieving daily production targets.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate operations.
