Job summary

Haileybury Rendall School in Darwin is seeking a Boarding Residential Supervisor who is enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting and engaging with young people in a culturally diverse environment, joining our Boarding House team. Boarding Residential Supervisor

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting and engaging with young people in a culturally diverse environment to join our Boarding House team.

This role involves weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts during term time, as well as occasional travel to assist with the transportation of students to and from the Boarding House. This is a Permanent Full-Time position commencing in September 2026 and offers six weeks of annual leave, plus an additional four to five weeks of leave, all to be taken during school term breaks.

The successful candidate must have cultural awareness and be able to communicate appropriately, both verbally and non-verbally, with students and staff of all ethnic backgrounds.
