Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a BMS Senior Technical Services Lead in Abbotsford/Melbourne, with openness to Auckland and Sydney.

You will support internal technicians, engineers and sales teams and address complex BMS challenges across software, firmware and hardware. You bring 5+ years in technical support or delivery, extensive HBS BMS product experience, strong HVAC deployment skills, and a Tridium Certification.

Qualifications

• Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical support and/or project delivery.
• Extensive HBS BMS product experience.
• Strong HVAC engineering and deployment experience.
• Software/PC programming experience.
• Tridium Certified Professional.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support to internal technicians, engineers and sales.
• Assist in resolving technical issues for Honeywell field technicians on BMS software, firmware and hardware.
• Act as SME for TRR's related to BMS solution design during the sales process.
• Deliver training for HBS staff, customers such as consultants, specifiers, end users and local authorities on Honeywell's latest technologies, regulatory updates, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Specialist Technical support to all internal technicians, engineers and sales
• Assist in the resolution of technical issues for Honeywell field technicians on Honeywell Installed BMS associated software, firmware and hardware
• Assist as SME for TRR’s relating to BMS solution design during the Sales process
• Deliver training programs for HBS Staff, customers such as consultants, specifiers, end users and the local authorities so that they can learn from Honeywell’s latest technologies, regulatory updates, and best practices

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Qualified in electrical/electronic engineering or similar discipline
• Over 5 years’ working experience in technical support and/or delivery
• Extensive HBS BMS Product experience is essential
• Strong HVAC Engineering and deployment experience
• Software/PC programming experience
• Tridium Certified Professional required
• Highly organized and structured approach
• Skilled at asking questions and listening to feedback
• Customer & solution orientated approach
• Proactive team player and focus on quality and a right first-time approach
• Strong verbal, written and communication skills
