You will work hands-on with BMS/BAS, HVAC controls and energy management solutions, diagnosing faults and optimising performance for healthcare, data centres and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Trade qualification in Electrical, Refrigeration, HVAC or Mechatronics.
• Current Electrical Licence (Open or Restricted) highly desirable.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across building services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Commission, service, maintain and troubleshoot BMS/BAS and related building automation technologies.
• Identify and resolve complex controls, HVAC and building systems issues through fault finding and diagnostics.
• Analyse building and plant performance using analytics and reporting tools to optimise energy performance.
• Support project delivery through testing, commissioning and low-level engineering activities.
• Build strong customer relationships with technical expertise, system reviews and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with project, engineering and sales teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Mentor and support developing technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain compliance with Johnson Controls safety and quality standards.
