Job summary

Westbury Partners in Sydney NSW is seeking a Blockchain Infrastructure & Production Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable validator and on‑chain infrastructure across global markets in a fast‑paced engineering environment.

You will work across Kubernetes, Linux, cloud and bare‑metal environments, implement monitoring with Prometheus, and strengthen security and reliability through robust automation and tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux and software engineering expertise.
• Hands-on experience with proof-of-stake infrastructure.
• Experience across Kubernetes, networking, monitoring, cloud and bare-metal systems.
• Proficiency in Bash and at least one language such as Python, Golang or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining complex production systems.
• Managing proof-of-stake infrastructure across ecosystems (Solana/Ethereum).
• Automating infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, Salt, Kubernetes, and scripting.
• Troubleshooting networking and distributed systems issues.

Build and operate cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure, validators, and distributed systems while strengthening security, reliability, monitoring, and performance across global financial markets in a fast-paced engineering environment.

What You'll Do:

• Build, manage, and maintain sophisticated validator infrastructure and supporting tooling.
• Operate validators, light clients, RPC nodes, and other on-chain infrastructure.
• Solve challenging problems involving consensus algorithms, distributed systems, cryptography, and blockchain technology.
