Job summary

Programmed is seeking an experienced Blender/Production Worker for day, afternoon and night shifts in Melbourne, Australia. You will blend dry spices, marinades and jelly products, weigh ingredients accurately, operate and clean production equipment, and follow GMP/SOP safety procedures.

The role requires hands-on experience with production machinery, good numeracy, and a safety-focused mindset. Manual handling up to 25kg is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year blending or manufacturing experience.
• Strong GMP and LOTO knowledge.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Experience operating production machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude with machine troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable, safety-focused and eager to learn.
