Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a Tech Officer Grade 1 to keep vital medical equipment running and support patient care at Tamworth and Manning hospitals.

Permanent full-time role, 38 hours per week, with a salary of $71,338.54–$85,248.83 per year plus super. Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and may be required to meet vaccination directives.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates should be able to perform service maintenance, testing to Australian Standards, breakdowns and repairs on medical equipment.

Aufgaben

• Support the Biomedical team in maintenance, testing and servicing of medical devices.
• Liaise with service reps for technical information related to repairs and maintenance.
• Work within a team reporting to the Senior Technical Officers to ensure safe, reliable equipment.
