Job summary

Ferrovial Construction Webber 99 seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM/VDC strategy, standardization, and model coordination across large-scale infrastructure projects in Australia. You will drive digital delivery, coordinate schedules with models, and support field teams with advanced BIM tools and workflows.

The role requires eight+ years in construction, expert knowledge of OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk BIM 360, along with strong leadership of BIM

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in the construction industry.
• Expert knowledge of BIM/VDC workflows and model coordination.
• Experience leading BIM standards and digital delivery across multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC strategy alignment with project requirements and Ferrovial standards.
• Manage federated BIM models across disciplines and project scopes.
• Coordinate 4D/5D workflows linking models to schedules and costs.
• Support field operations with model access and clash resolution.
