Austin Health is seeking a billing administrator to support the Radiology and Molecular Imaging & Therapy Departments in patient-focused billing. This onsite, full-time fixed-term maternity cover role sits within a collaborative team delivering high-quality billing services.
You will participate in routine billing, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and help validate billing records while thriving in a supportive, detail-driven environment.

Austin Radiology Department provides services to patients of Austin Health and the surrounding community. These include but are not limited to X rays, Ultrasounds, MRI scans, CT scans and surgical procedures.
The Molecular Imaging and Therapy Service comprises all Nuclear Medicine modalities and embraces the Bone Densitometry service located at the Repatriation campus. The breadth of Nuclear Medicine services is extensive and includes an on-site Cyclotron with comprehensive Radiochemistry and radio-pharmaceutical production facilities. Both departments have strong research involvement with close associations with the Olivia Newton John Cancer Research Institute.
The billing administrator role supports patient focused billing for the Radiology and Molecular Imaging & Therapy Departments. The role works as a part of a supportive team to provide high-quality billing services.
