99 Bikes is hiring a Bike Builder for the busy summer season at our Gold Coast stores. No bike expertise required—on-the-job training is provided.

You will focus on hands-on bike builds, ensuring quality and safety, while enjoying immediate award wage and pathways to become a skilled mechanic. We offer flexible rostering, support to ride to work, and opportunities for professional development through our Bicycle Academy.

• Mechanical aptitude – we will train on the job.
• Good communication skills and relationship-building.
• Proven reliability and a can-do attitude.
• Interest in learning bike building and workshop processes.
• Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts and during busy periods.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on bike building to complete efficient, quality builds.
• Support to ensure safe, ride-ready bikes for customers.
• Learn and follow workshop standards and safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and on-the-job coaching.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Progress toward becoming a skilled mechanic through training.

• Mechanical aptitude - we will provide on the job training
• Some mechanical experience in a related field is desirable and experienced Bicycle Mechanics are highly valued.
