Siemens is seeking an experienced Bid Leader to own complex data centre bids across Australia, uniting Sales, Engineering and Project Delivery to craft compelling, technically robust proposals.

We’re looking for an experienced Bid Leader to take ownership of complex data centre bids across Australia and help turn major opportunities into successful projects. This is a high-impact role where you’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Engineering and Project Delivery, shaping winning strategies and bringing together the people, technology and commercial thinking needed to deliver compelling proposals.
You’ll lead the bid process from opportunity qualification through to submission and handover, with responsibility for:
