About the Role

As our next Team Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bar, leading from the front, supporting the team, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.

• Steering the ship with daily bar operations, from open to close
• Training and guiding new and seasoned team members
• Keeping stock levels in check and rotating like a pro
• Maintaining bar cleanliness and WHS standards
• Balancing staff hours and liaising with Duty Managers
• Coaching the team and monitoring performance
• Delivering standout service to members and guests
• Handling cash with accuracy and care

About you

You’re fun, reliable, and know your way around a busy bar. You bring:

• Current QLD RSA certificate
• Current QLD RSG certificate
• TAB certificate & experience
• Strong problem-solving skills bringing a critical thinking approach
• Previous leadership/supervisor experience in a bar
• Strong understanding and knowledge of bar products
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
• Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays
