Job summary

Eurest at Compass @ Microsoft in Redmond, WA is hiring a full-time Beverage Supervisor. You will direct the activities of associates during a shift, oversee task completion, and maintain policy and procedures while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and supervisory experience is preferred. Fixed pay rate is $34.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
