Job summary

Home Delivery Services in Clayton South, VIC, is expanding its warehouse team and seeking reliable Picker/Packers for ongoing casual work. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, with regular weekday hours.

You’ll find and pack beverage orders using RF scanners and repetitively lift 8kg–12kg beverage cases. Responsibilities include preparing orders for dispatch, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and hitting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to repetitively lift cases of 8kg to 20kg.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet KPIs.
• Team player with clear communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing beverage orders accurately using RF scanners.
• Repetitive handling of beverage cases weighing 8kg to 12kg.
• Handling alcohol products as part of daily picking duties.
• Preparing and staging orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following processes to meet quality, accuracy and KPI targets.
• Identifying and reporting damaged stock or discrepancies.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.
