Job summary

Liquorland, part of the Coles Group, is looking for a proactive Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service across a busy liquor store. You’ll share knowledge of brands, assist shoppers and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Casual employment offers flexible rosters and opportunities to learn retail skills, with discounts on purchases and access to wellbeing resources. Prior store experience is helpful but not required, as personality and passion for the liquor industry shine through.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
• Be the go-to person for customer queries with product knowledge.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 17 kg.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and product recommendations.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and maintain store standards.
• Support with stock handling and daily store operations.
