Job summary

H People is seeking reliable candidates for a beverage production role based in Ormeau. You will operate and monitor automated lines, load materials, inspect products for quality, and assist with packing and troubleshooting in a warm, fast-paced environment.

Join a growing manufacturing team offering consistent shifts across day, afternoon and night, on-the-job training, and potential for ongoing employment with the client. Prior hands-on experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or a similar hands-on environment (preferred but not essential).
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when inspecting products.
• The physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling.
• The ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment.
• A willingness to learn new processes and machinery.
• A positive attitude and ability to work within a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and occasional weekend overtime.
• A current forklift license is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring automated production lines.
• Loading materials into production machinery.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and identifying defects.
• Packing, stacking and palletising products.
• Performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Assisting with basic machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic production environment.
• Working collaboratively with production supervisors and team members.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
