This role requires a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods in a cool room.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move fruit boxes.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced team and year-round shift patterns.
• Comfort with using basic computer tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Packing fresh berries accurately in a busy packing area.
• Dispatching orders with correct labeling and documentation.
• Performing other farm worker duties as required.
