Job summary

Soaring Health is seeking a dedicated professional to join its multidisciplinary team across Melbourne clinics. You will provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence-based interventions and help develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs in home, school, and community settings.

You will conduct FBAs, formulate motivators of behaviours, liaise with external stakeholders, and contribute to BSPs aligned with NDIS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence-based interventions
• Develop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skills
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across home, school, and community environments
• Undertake formulations for motivators of behaviours of concern
• Liaise with external stakeholders
• Develop and implement Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Collect and analyse behavioural data
• Provide staff training and develop training resources
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice

What You Will Do

• Provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence-based interventions
• Develop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skills
